
Overnight Oats with Protein!
What You’ll Need
Protein Powder
Nut Butter
Rolled Oats
Spices
Water
Container
Spoon

How to:
1) Fill container with oats and 1 serving protein powder.
2) Add 1 serving of protein powder per 1.5 cup of oats (So for 3 cups of oats, 2 servings of protein)
3) Add spices if desired
4) Allow to sit overnight
5) In the morning, for every 1.5 cup of oats, add 1 tablespoon of nut butter and swirl in oatmeal.
6) Enjoy!
