Pita Pizza
This is a great way to make quick little personal pizzas! Sometimes I make a little salad and eat half the pita for lunch, or sometimes I am starving and eat the whole thing like a taco. No matter your appetite, this is a really easy meal to make.
I can definitely see myself as a mom one day hosting a slumber party for my future kids and using this method to feed them all dinner! It’s great because everyone can build what they want on them if you just provide a bunch of topping options and then multiple pitas can fit in the oven at a time!
What you’ll need:
Your favorite pizza toppings
Daiya Mozzarella
Tomato Sauce
Pita Bread
An oven
How to:
Preheat oven- Broil on high
Add sauce to pita bread, like a pizza; then add cheese, then toppings!
Broil for about 4 minutes. Keep an eye so it doesn't burn… some pitas are thinner than others.
Enjoy
