Skinny Asian Salad



I LOVE making this salad as soon as get home from the school, work, the gym or what ever. It's just really fast and easy and can work as a big snack or a little meal. Like if you are about to go to a restaurant and your not sure what the plant based options are gunna be like! Yum!

What You’ll Need!

Baked Tofu- Sriracha or Teriyaki, diced. (I got mine at Trader Joes, but I've seen it at Sprouts)

Spring Mix

Annie’s Asian Ginger Salad

Sunflower Seeds

How to-


Add Spring Mix to a Bowl

Top with tofu, & seeds!

Drizzle with 2 tbsp serving Annie’s Asian Ginger Dressing
